Re: Word automatically making underline to appear bold

Thanks for your quick response, but I'm surprised. No override? Not even
using VBA?

This question was previously posted re Word 2003, but no appropriate
solution
was posted. Hoping someone has a fix!

In Word 2007 I have underlined text in a paragraph. When I bold more than
half of the text in that paragraph, it automatically bolds the underline.
If
I bold just a couple of words it does not bold the underline. I do not
want
any bold underlining. Does anyone know how to stop the underlining from
bolding?

Thanks!
