Set the form up in the form of a table with the cells having fixed
dimensions.

I am trying to create a form that only allows other users to fill in
information in the specified fields. The tab button jumps from field to
field but when the enter button is pushed the cursor drops to the next
line
at the left margin and all of the information that was there drops to the
next line. How do I restrict the form from everything but the form
fields,
even movement of the information already on the form?
