Re: Fonts not available for use

The printer checkmarked under Printers and Faxes as the default is the one I
always print to. When I print from Word, that's the printer it defaults to. I
tried opening a document and changing the printer to another one in our
office, but the list of fonts did not change.

It is not the fact that you have a printer or driver installed but that the
active printer in Word is a printer that can print the fonts. By default the
active printer will be the Windows default printer. Check your print dialog
and see what the active printer is.
