Never did find a solution other than the cheezy work-arounds that have been
posted on here, i.e. minimize then restore the window, or switch to
print-layout then back to normal. Sorry, I really don't think there is a
solution, and I'm fairly certain that MS doesn't really care and/or dedicate
any resources to it.
If you fnd anything further, please let us all know!

Another thing that made me think it was my video driver - when playing
Solitaire (no other programs running except the standard startup stuff) I can
move a card from one stack to another. Once in a while, the card will then
appear in both positions - its original stack, and the new location. When I
click its image on the original stack, a new card appears and the game
continues. I can also minimize the Solitaire window, then restore it and it
looks like it should with no face-up cards on the original stack. Does this

This problem has bugged me since I got this system, and nobody seems to know
the answer. The support people want to reformat my disk and start over -
however, I have a lot of customized software installed, and I don't look
forward to a couple of weeks to restore all of that, probably for nothing.

This happens to several users: When working in a document, they use their
mouse scrolling wheel to go down the document. However, when doing this, it
sometimes causes the following (which is hard to describe): it looks like a
line is repeated several times, and the screen freezes. We thought it could
be a mouse problem, no. I renamed the Normal.dot. Nothing happened.
