What exactly have you done? Word doesn't have 'built-in macros'.
Did you create a macro and name it FileOpen - in which case rename it to
something else eg MyFileOpen.
or
Did you reassign the CTRL+O shortcut to another function? In this case
reassign the shortcut to the File Open function from the keyboard shortcuts
customize tool on the QAT (Quick Access Toolbar) editor dialog.

I accidentally saved a macro I created over a built-in macro in Word
2007. It was Ctrl-O for open file. I tried to re-create it, but it
doesn't work. Is there a way to restore it to the original macro?
Thanks in advance.
