Re: recover a document discarded during autorecover



If it was saved in the normal way at some point in its history, and
you haven't saved anything (or much) to your hard drive since
"deleting" it, you _might_ be able to recover it with file recovery
software. ("Deleting" a file doesn't wipe it off the disk, it just
cuts the connections to it from the directory, freeing up the space to
be reused for other files as they happen to come along.)
