I'm sorry for your loss. The %27 and %20 are hex codes for ' and the space. Sometimes, that's the way "Tom's eulogy" would be displayed as part of a file name. It's not different from what you typed--it's just a different way of representing it. As Suzanne suggested, did you open the file to see if it contains the eulogy?
