Thanks for the reply
The Updating Fields Before Printing option is already unchecked. So it must
be something else. Any ideas?

In a Word document (Word 2007) I inserts a digital signature with a
JPEG of my signature.
I Save-as a new document.
I print the document.
However as soon as I print it, the digital signature is marked
"Invalid Signature".
Why and what is the work around?
Most likely you have one or more fields in the document, and the "Update
fields before printing" option is checked in the Word Options > Display
dialog. If the updating of the fields causes any change in the content of
the document, the digital signature (which is a mathematical function of the
document content) is no longer valid.
Try unchecking that update option.
