key board symbols

the keys on my keyboard have mucked up for example for the ? key i cant get
the other symbol on it even though i usually just push it down without using
shift and use shift to get the ? symbol as u can see i cant get fullstop
either> also my capslock and loweer case has switch e>g with light on im
getting lowercase any help??? thanks
