Hi,
This is my first post on this forum as I was searching for Mic Word
forums.
I would like to create a template that I can fill out by creating my
own form to fill out using input field, checkboxes, drop down lists. I
know this may sound somewhat vague but a perfect example is when to
convey what I am trying to do is choosing to do a fax on microsoft word
for example.
When you choose to do a fax, a tempate opens, and a "fax wizard" pops
up with 4 steps that will populate that template in appropriate boxes.
I would like to create my own template and wizard to assist. Here is
the fax example I was referring to:

Thanks alot!
