Hi Naveen,
If you use Word's built-in heading Styles for your Titles & Subtitles, the TOC will display whatever numbers are attached to those Styles. Note that each entry in the TOC must be a separate paragraph.

I have been preparing some 300 pages document which contains 13 chapters.
As a single document, using Titles & Subtitles & Subtitles.
For this i am using (example):
1. New Question
2. Get Answer
when i am using TOC, it is not showing 1 & 2 numbers, it is showing only
(New Question & Get Answer) like this
I want in Table of Contents page as i shown above.
