If the document is still open, use Undo to undo all the actions back to the
point where you opened the document. Resave under the original filename,
then Redo all the actions and Save As.

I recently was working in word 2007 typing a document that was saved as
word
2003. I had this file saved multiple times under Drug Reactions (I'm in
medical school not a druggie). When I move onto new documents I usually
just
hit select all (contol A) and delete everything from the document so I can
start a new document using a word 2003 document b/c of other people not
being
able to open a 2007 document. I again usually do this type a couple lines
and hit save as and rename the document. This time I forgot to hit save
as
and save the new document under a new file name. When I was done I
accidentally hit save and it saved over my old document under the old
documents file name. Is there any way to recover the old document, a temp
file, undo the save, or revert the document back? THanks in advance for
any
help
.
