Hi,
I've got a figure at the bottom of a page and some text at the start
of the next page. it all looks fine until i try to print or print
preview and then the figure duplicates itself on the next page so i
now have two identical figures. Nothing I do seems to be able to
solve this problem. Can anyone help?
Cheers
I don't know that there's anything you can do about Print Preview, but the
printing may be fixed by telling Word (in the Tools > Options > Print
dialog) to reverse the print order. That forces Word to paginate all the way
to the end of the document and then work back to the beginning.
If your printer also has a reverse order setting (in File > Print >
Properties), then the two reverses will result in the document appearing in
the output tray in the correct order.
