Go to Tools | Letters and Mailings | Envelopes and Labels and select the
Labels tab. Click on Options. In the "Avery standard" list, scroll down to
"5386 - Rotary Card" and select it. Click OK. In the Labels dialog, click
New Document to get a *** of "labels." They're set up as a table, so be
sure you have table gridlines displayed (Table | Show Gridlines). You can
save this document as a template (File | Save As | Document Template) or
fill it in as desired (since you can always get a new document just like
this from the Labels dialog).
