Glad I could help.

Note that Alt+F9 shows/hides field codes; there there is a separate
setting to print it (should you ever want to do that), namely on the Print
tab of Tools | Options (Word 97-2003), or in the Display category of
Office button | Word Options (Word 2007).


Correction:

It's in the Advanced category (Word 2007): "Print field codes instead of
their values" in the Print section.

That's really good - I was a little confused at first because it looked

it would print the code, but Print Preview showed otherwise!
