If you don't have a product code and the tabs are not standard, you can
probably create a matching custom 'label' in the label editor part of the
labels tool. Then if you have lots of tabs to complete, see

In Word 2003, Tools - Letters and Mailings - Envelopes and Labels -
Labels tab Options. After choosing the corresponding product, back in
the Envelopes and Labels dialog, click on New Document, enter your
text, etc.
In Word 2007, click the Mailings ribbon tab, Labels, etc.
