RE: I CANNOT PRINT ANY NEWLY CREATED WOR/ EXCEL DOCS, BLANKS COMIN

Hello Pranav

I have just realised my printing Word problem, daft me !!! The word doc I
created two wks I chose navy as the font colour, and I have just changed my
newly created word docs ( that were printing blank ) to navy blue font too
and they print fine, I knew my black and colour cartridges needed replacing a
few weeks back as they re printing faint.

I will buy new black and colour cartridges tomorrow, I feel so stupid !!

I still think its weird that my black emails and BBC weather web page has
printed in all its various colours, I am sure there must be a true black on
the BBC weather page I printed as a test ? or maybe if the black has run out
it defaults to very dark grey instead of black , but not for Word or Excel
docs .

I don't know if you can read all the replies I have had from a nice guy
called Ed / and anothet bored guy that worls for microsoft on this help
forum, as he has been rude, and told me several time to DUMP THE CAPS etc
etc..... how rudeof him, he must have sad a lonely life to bother to email me
me that nonsence, I know typing in caps is wrong, but my help request emails
on here are NOT formal letters to the Queen of England ha ha or my bank
manager.

Are the fonts your doc hidden? Your Normal.dot settings may be changed.

I think try out this...create a new doc in word, type in some text, see the
print preview. If you see what you have typed then your Word is just fine.
if you can't see in print preview, see if the font is hidden
(Format-->Font). If the fonts are not hidden, then there is some problem with
your printer.

Remember you said, you can print clip art from Word, so it is just the text
that has problem.

ON THIS MAD PROBLEM ?

COLOUR FONT, BEING NOT TRUE BLACK ETC....

I DID EMAIL MY NEW LETTERS TO A MATE AND SHE COULD PRINT OFF MY NEW WORD
