Re: Cursoring Across a Page Break

Here's a better idea: Delete the page break. In the first paragraph
that should be on the next page, right-click and choose Paragraph to
get the paragraph formatting dialog, click the Line & Page Breaks tab,
and check the "Page break before" box. See if that solves the problem.

If that particular style should always start a new page, you can add
the "Page break before" to the definition of the style.

Can you isolate anything else about these documents, besides
compatibility mode and hard page breaks? Were the documents created in
Word 2007 or in an earlier version? In which program version did you
insert the page breaks? Are you running any add-ins? (In Word Options,
on the Add-ins tab, look at the lists for both COM add-ins and Word
add-ins in the Manage box.)
