Hi Sue,
There are some settings in Office 2000 through 2003 that the MS Office Custom Maintenance Wizard isn't able to update. If I recall
correctly the remove personal information setting is a 'per file' setting, rather than a persistent one.

You can enable the warning that there are tracked changes or other personal (metadata) information in the file, or use a macro,
and/pr use the sometimes troublesome MS Remove Hidden Data Add-in

I have used this feature before with great results. My question is does
anyone know where the Tools, Options, Security, Remove Personal Information
from Properties option would appear in the CMW? I have looked ... but I do
not see it. Any help would be appreciated. <<
