Sounds to me like your Template might have been created in a beta version of
Word.
Hold down your Shift key and choose Save All to save the conversion, then
you should not see the error again.
Let me know if that doesn't work...

I never had a pre-release version, only Word 2003. Also, once I press OK for
the above message, the file opens and any subsequent file I open does not
display this message, as long as another word document is open.
