I have administrator permission and installed it , updated it and I still get
the notice everytime I open word office!

installed your program. You must install it as administrator in order to
accept the EULA because you must have permission to edit the Registry. If
you are using Office on a network, then the network admin should be
contacted about installing it correctly.
