Switch to Normal view; then you'll be able to see the section breaks
more easily. Section 8 could be a continuous one, limited to part of a
page. In such a section, you would have to insert manual page breaks
to see all headers and footers.

Page 81 is Section 7. Page 82 is Section 9. Where is Section 8?Section 9
Header for section 9 is not flagged same as previous. But changing
Header alters Section 7 Header.the
The first line on on page is marked as though it is section 7, but
second character is then showing as section 9.
