Switch to Normal view; then you'll be able to see the section breaks
more easily. Section 8 could be a continuous one, limited to part of a
page. In such a section, you would have to insert manual page breaks
to see all headers and footers.

Page 81 is Section 7. Page 82 is Section 9. Where is Section 8?
Header for section 9 is not flagged same as previous. But changing
Section 9
Header alters Section 7 Header.
The first line on on page is marked as though it is section 7, but
the
second character is then showing as section 9.
