What's happening is you're unable to permanently save the data written
by the Windows Installer to complete the installation due to
insufficient permissions. Log on with Administrative privileges and
allow the installation to complete.

Upon starting Microsoft Word, it pretends that it needs to install
again and
then Microsoft Word opens and asks me for my User Name and Initials
like this
is my first time ever using it.
It does this everytime if I restart the computer or turn it off.
