Wrong newsgroup. You need to post in an IE newsgroup.

Good morning:
I'm not sure if my inquiry is posted under the correct header. If it's
not,
please direct me and I will repost. Before I moved to another State, I
cancelled my internet service with the ISP.
Since the move, I reactivated my Internet service with a new company; upon
doing so, I uninstalled all connections that were associated with the
previous ISP. For some reason, when I go to IE or NS to access websites
that
I have been frequenting for years, I get an error msg that the website
cannot
be found. However, when I attempt to access from someone else's computer,
the sites come up immediately.
I checked my Internet connection and rec'd a prompt that it is ok. I've
done a "System Restore" -- backto a few days before I disconnected the PC;
I've done a "Defragment", "Check Now". I've also done a Network
Diagnostic
Scan and rec'd the following:
Network Adapters failed
Default IPGateway failed
DHCPServer failed
DNS Server Search Order failed
Realtek RTL8139 Family PCI Fast Ehternet PIC failed
Could you please tell me what might be missing -- how can I fixed the
above
errors. What can I do to be able to access other websites?
Thanks for reading my inquiry. I look forward to your response.
Regards,
PH
