Sounds as if the other user has a specific color selected for markup instead
of "By Author."

I currently have Office 2003. I am using "by author" on all the
different markups. Have a Word document with track changes and on one
computer it shows all the revierwers properly with different colors for
each reviewer. On another computer same settings, same version of
word, same document it shows all the reviewers in the same color. If
you mouse over the changes it shows the proper names of the reviewer
but they all have the same color. If I use another computer to look at
the same document it shows the reviewers with different colors. Is
there anything I might be missing setting wise or something for the
reason the one computer does not show different colors for the
reviewers?
Please any help on this issue would be great.
