Go to Tools > Options > File Locations. See 'Workgroup templates' in the
list. This is usually blank by default: set it to a shared location on your
network. Get each of your co-workers to do likewise.

I need to create several different templates and store them on my computer
or
network. They need only be available to me because I make updates as
needed,
then distribute them to my co-workers. Where can I store them? Thanks
