Removing the section break should resolve the problem, but if the break must
remain you'll have to print pages 1-5, then 6-40. If there are more section
breaks in the doc the same thing may happen there. You may be able to do it
all as a single job if you use the Pages: option when you print & specify
each range of pages (such as: 1-5,6-22,23-40).
