Re: WANT TO PRINT CERTAIN COLUMNS FROM A REPORT

Word has no simple way to do this. You could set the width of the unwanted
columns to zero; or format their contents as hidden. But as a general
proposition, if you need to do this often, you shouldn't be using Word.

I have a report that I only want to print certain columns from it. The
report
has 12 columns of information and I only want to print 5 of those colums
and
make it smaller. I dont need all the information in the report just
certain
parts of it.
