No. This is a good time for your user to get into the habit of pressing
Ctrl-S when pausing to reflect.

does windows happen to auto save? before answering, here's some
background...
a user will open an exisiting document. she'll make changes and at the
end of the day, she'll close the document. the prompt will come up
asking her to save the changes and then she'll click no, and it'll
close. she then realizes she messed up. is there anyway to do some
sort of auto save? i would understand if there was none, since she's
already chosen "no" when it asks her to she wants to save changes.
just wondering.
