Word does not have an equivalent option. But depending on what you use WP's divide page feature for, you can probably accomplish the same thing in Word with several different methods:
1. Insert multiple text boxes or frames on a page.
2. Use the "Pages per ***" option in Word's File->Print dialog to make Word automatically shrink several full-size pages to fit on one single page.
3. Use the "Bookfold" option in Word's File->PageSetup->Margins dialog to make Word print two portrait pages on one landscape page.
