paste all in WORD with OFFICE CLIPBOARD doesn't work

I know there have been some queries re OFFICE CLIPBOARD in WORD but
mine is specifically for the PASTE ALL option - every thing else works
fine. The PASTE ALL only pastes the newest clip and doesn't paste any
others. I take quite a few PRINT SCREENS and PASTE ALL should paste
each one on a separate page in a new WORD document. Then I can just
PRINT the WORD document and I would have all of them. Instead I just
get a 1-page WORD document having the newest PRT SCN clip. I have
rebooted, etc. but have not tried a install with repair. Is this the
first thing I should try or is there some more obvious thing to do
first? Thank you.
