If the watermark is not to appear only on the first page then a different
first page header is the way to go, with the watermark in the subsequent
headers only. If it is on a particular page you can set section breaks
either side that page, or use a conditional field to place it i.e.. Set the
watermark - open the header view and save the image as an autotext entry.
Then delete it. Now in the header insert a conditional field, using CTRL+F9
for each field boundary pair as follows:
{IF {Page} <> n "{Autotext autotextname}"}
where 'n' is the number of the page and autotextname is the name you gave to
the autotext of the graphic.
