toolbars disappearing

hello,

i have ms-2000 office installed in my pc.in word i can't see any
toolbars,menubar.
i can only see blank document. so what is the problem. i have reinstalled
ms-office but the same problem comes.this is only in word.excel and
powerpoint is working fine
pls help me.its urgent.
