Seeing where changes were made after accepting

When using Track Changes in MS Word, after I accept all the desired
changes, is there a way to view/mark where all the changes were made?
I need to allow people to see where the changes were made (after
accepting) so they don't have to re-read the entire document; they'll
only need to browse through the changes.
