Print Problem

Problem: When I print a file the default "Number of Copies" is set to 10.
Is there an option I need to change other than the one I have included?
Already Tried:
1. Changing the value to 1 and print. When I try to print again the number
is reset to 10.
2. Changing the value to 1 in "Copy Count" under advanced printer options.
This change takes affect for as long as I have Word open. I can open another
document and the default value will be 1. When I close and reopen Word (same
file or not) the default value is again set at 10.
