Wrong test - "organization" is an allowable (and in some house styles,
preferred) alternative in UK English, though at one time the spell checker
did erroneously mark it as an error. Try color or traveled instead <g>.
If you want to stick with "organisation" you can add "organization" to your
Exclude dictionary. Step by step instruction in the Help - it's the second
hit for "Exclude dictionary" (how *do* they achieve these search
weightings??!) or the first one for "preferred spelling".
