How to sort files & folders within a directory in Word 2003?

In Word 2003, all files and folder are upside-down, meaning that "a" is at
the end and "z" is at the top of the list, followed by the folders in that
directory.
However, in Windows Explorer, that same directory shows correctly, first the
folders, then the files in alphabetical order. How can I achieve this in Word?
