How to turn off print to file

Hello,

Sometime this afternoon my user became unable to print to the printer from
within Word XP. Every time she tries to print to the printer the "Print to
File" dialog box appears. She can print to the printer from Outlook XP and
Excel XP okay.

Does anyone know how I can fix this so my user can print Word XP documents
to the printer again?
