How do I restore "symbol" fonts for MS Office?

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Recently I seem to have lost the "Symbol" font I normally used in Word. All
the symbols that I used in my word documents are changed to the corresponding
Tahoma fonts as Symbol is no longer available.

Any suggestions on how I can restore the Symbol fonts?

thanks,
.
