I have the unfortunate task of editing a document that someone else has
created. The document that I am editing (I'll refer to as 'original') seems
to have automatically created another document (I'll refer to as 'secondary')
with the same but with a slightly different document name. When ever changes
have been made in the original document, the changes automatically update in
the secondary document. When I try to email someone the original document,
they cannot open it from the email, however, if I email them the secondary
document, they can open it.

I hope someone can shed some light on this problem for me.

Many thanks
