Save Warning message display

Hi,
Would someone know how to remove a warning message display?
Word 2003
When saving a new document for the first time the following warning message
appears
"This file contains repairs made to it by Word. Saving the file will make
these repairs permanent. It is recommended that you view the repairs before
saving the file"
"Show repairs" /"Save" / "Cancel"
How to avoid this display?
