I did not post this to anything but the group I am now responding to. I have
posted under another account a similar message to other groups HOWEVER two
things:
1. I used the web interface from Microsoft to post to this group as my
provider did not list this group.
2. Nobody has responded with an answer which works in the other groups and I
see post of similar problems in this group.
3. I really don't need a lecture on posting procedures, I need a product
that works correctly. So although I am sure you have posted some helpful tips
and answers next time how about instead of giving me a 5 min lecture you just
give me an answer or go on about your business.
I have worked on this problem for two weeks. I can find no answer or
solution. Since this was an OEM install there is no support from Microsoft
unless the client pays another $35 to get a product to work as it should. So
now I am stuck with asking MVP's and other users for any suggestions which
they are willing to provide for FREE even though MS made a nice chunk of
change from the sale of a piece of software.
