Hi Simon
Delete the headers and footers.
If you want to be able to switch between the two formats, then a better
solution will be to mark them with 'hidden' text font, or use an "IF" field
(this would be the only way to switch a floating graphic)
Once you have a solution that works for you, you could create a macro to
make the switch (and set the printer perhaps).
