Graham,
That's not the issue in this case. I know that in some circumstances, Word
2000 (which is what I'm dealing with here) will open up new instances (you
can tell from the splash screen re-appearing and the "parent" icon in the
taskbar is slightly different.
This can happen when you try and open or print multiple attachments
containing documents from outlook, or if you manually start Word when there's
a dialog/messagebox already open.
The problems this eventuality causes is what I'm trying to research. People
opening up multiple documents isn't a worry at all (unless they open up
stupid numbers of them of course..!)
