You will need to update to at least version 6.0.1 -
http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=1&platform=Windows
to work correctly with Office 2003. The install routine should place copies
of the add-ins in the folder
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 6.0\PDFMaker.
