No the file name is not called ~$filename

I checked Word. The location is My Documents.
It do not see the word " desktop" in the location section. So I guess
the location is fine.

Any other help ?

BTW I am sorry My PC is a win ME ( My daughters is a Win98)

PS I am NOT technical...so with any help, pls. understand i am
ignorant in technical matters.
