I did find somthing on the Microsoft support site that said use Alt + Down or Up arrows to move from column to column, but it doesn't work. I wanted to make an entry or more in Column 1, then move to Column 2 for an entry or tow, then back to Colum 1. I can't even use my cursor by clicking in the desired column. If I CR )Carriage Return) teh cursor will move all th way to the bottom of the first column, then jump to the top of Column two.

These are Newspaper Columns. Is there another type of column, other than using a table for this purpose?

Thanks,
