AFAIK, no.
You can do this if you use Adobe Acrobat to create a PDF file for
sending out (with the appropriate security settings). However, even PDF
is not 100% secure as there are reportedly ways to crack it's security
(I don't know what these ways are nor how easy to crack), and anyone
viewing the document on the screen can always screen-print it to a
printer or other computer file ... or photograph.
Weigh up the risks vs. the costs to control those risks.
