You appear to have downloaded and installed (probably by agreeing to
something you did not understand) all kinds of junk from the internet. In
order to get rid of them you need specialised software - Use SpyBot and/or
Adaware which will identify them and clear them out. SpyBot is probably the
more thorough, but I would use both.
