hi shirin.. at first I'm sorry for my bad lang. but i 'll try to my best..
if you use windows XP you may not added the arabic lang. yet..
Try to do that..
* go to control panel..
* then go to lang. settings (or something like that.. I forgot what it is because i'm using windows 98 right now)..
* and there .. search for adding langs. and the arabic will be under (right to left scripts - or - complex scripts )..
